Famous Dave’s specialize in taking care of any of your catering needs, not only do we specialize in ribs, bbq sandwiches, famous sides, and salads, but we can roast pork, roast turkey, grilled salmon, and prime rib. We can take care of all your needs to make your event Famous!

Are there a set number of people Famous Dave’s can cater to?

Famous Dave’s can cater to as little as 5 or as many as 15,000.

Does Famous Dave’s have a set-catering menu?

We have a catering menu or we can customize a menu to fit your needs and budget.

How far in advance do we need to book catering?

As soon as you know the date of your event booking in advance is suggested. However we are “FAMOUS” for our ability to do last minute catering orders.

What is included with catering orders?

We provide plates, napkins, eating and serving utensils extra bbq sauces with all of our full menu items. We will provide sauces and wipes with orders from our ala ‘Carte menu.

What are the extra BBQ sauces you provide?

We will automatically include our original Famous Rich & Sassy and Devil’s Spit BBQ Sauce. All of our “FAMOUS” sauces and seasonings are available for purchase.

Is there a delivery fee or a limit on how far you will deliver too?

We deliver anywhere in the state of Washington. Minimum delivery charge is $30.00. Fee will be calculated according to delivery area.

What does delivery include?

The driver will come in and set the food service area up for you.

Do you stay to serve?

The driver will come in to set the food service area up for you. If you require a full serve catering (someone to stay to help portion out the food), help with any needs you may have during the event we will schedule servers to set up, serve and clean up. A fee is charged for this service. Call one of our specialists for more information.

How is food package for catering?

Whether you order as a price per person, or any of the packages we offer from our catering menu, the food will be packaged as a buffet. All of the *pork will come in an aluminum pan, all of the *beans will come in an aluminum pan so everyone can help themselves.

Do you have menu items for vegetarians?

Yes we have salads, baked potatoes, veggie trays and fruit trays. We also have side dishes such as creamy coleslaw, potato salad, garlic red mashed potatoes, drunken apples, and our famous fries.
